Makare Desilets Wilson
- Four-year letterwinner as a middle blocker, from Vancouver, B.C.
- Named first-team All-America by the AVCA in 1997, when she led the nation in blocks (2.06 blocks per set). That blocks average set a Pac-10 record that still stands. Also led the Pac-10 in block average in 1996.
- Led the Pac-10 in block solos (42), block assists (180), and total blocks (222) in 1997.
- 222 total blocks are still the UW record, and fifth in Pac-10/Pac-12 history. Led the team in blocks in all four of her seasons.
- Her 542 career block assists and 677 total blocks are both school records and still rank No. 7 and No. 3 in conference history, respectively. Her 135 career block solos are still, easily, the school record.
- Also still holds the UW single-game records for hitting percentage (.923, 12-0-13) and block solos (7).
- Compiled 1,240 kills during her UW career, 13th in UW history.
- Two-time, first-team All-Pac-12 selection, in 1996 and 1997.
- Helped lead Washington to the NCAA Tournament in three of her four seasons, reaching the NCAA Round of 16 in 1997.
- Had a long pro career (both indoor and beach) and was a two-year member of the U.S. National Team (1998, 99), playing at the 1998 World Championships.
