National Honors
- NFCA/Louisville Slugger first-team All-America in 1996 and 1997.
- The first two-time All-American in UW history.
- Led team to second-place finish at 1996 Women’s College World Series.
- Played in NCAA Regionals all four seasons and in the WCWS in 1996 and 1997.
- 1996 and 1997 WCWS All-Tournament team.

- Helped lead UW to first-ever Pac-10 Conference title, in 1996.
- Three-time, first-team All-Pac-10 (1995, 1996, 1997).
- Second-team All-Pac-10 in 1994.
- Four-time, first-team Academic All-Pac-10 (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997).

- Started every game of four straight seasons at second base, a span of 271 games.
- Three-time team captain.
- Finished UW career holding 15 school records (11 of which stand nearly 20 years later).
- Set an NCAA record for career doubles, with 91.
- .379 career batting average with 319 hits, 216 RBI, 91 doubles.
- Two-time team MVP (1995, 1997).
