3.0 OR BETTER GPA

For the first time ever, all 22 teams scored a 3.0 GPA or better for the entire school year. The department-wide average GPA of 3.49 for the winter quarter also set a record.

Three-quarters of our teams made it to post-season play. Ten teams ended their seasons in the top 20 nationwide.

IRA CHAMPIONS

Men’s Rowing earned an IRA National Championship for the second year in a row and the 21st time in history.

BIG TEN CHAMPIONS

Women’s Rowing won the UW’s first Big Ten team title and finished fourth in the NCAA Championships.

BEST SEASON EVER

Women’s Track & Field finished fourth nationally in NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Championships and second in overall polling that combines Track & Field and Cross Country — the Women’s all-time best performance. Men’s and Women’s boasted four individual NCAA champs and nine individual Big Ten titles.
