Academic Excellence

Our 22 teams and programs set a record fall quarter, with a 3.52 department GPA. Forty student-athletes scored a perfect 4.0, with 219 making the Dean’s List.

Double Champions

Women’s Soccer won its first Big Ten Regular Season and Tournament Championships, making it to the Elite Eight. Head Coach Nicole Van Dyke earned her first Big Ten Coach of the Year honors. Seven student-athletes were named to the All-Big Ten team while Kolo Suliafu and Alex Buck earned All-American titles, the first time in program history that multiple players earned that distinction in the same season.

Bright Football Future

On the heels of an improved 9–4 season record, the UW recruited its highest ranked Football class in the modern era, ranked #12 by 247 Sports and #17 by ESPN.

A Third Title!

Hana Moll broke the meet record she shared with twin sister Amanda to win the NCAA Indoor Championship in Women’s Pole Vault — her third national trophy.

Unexpected Performance

Women’s Cross Country finished 19th at the NCAA Championships, outperforming their national ranking by eight spots. It was the team’s eighth consecutive top-20 finish.

Tennis Champ

Junior Soham Purohit of Men’s Tennis became the first Husky in 20 years to win the ITA Northwest Regional Championship individual crown.

Special PostSeason

Five Women’s Tennis student-athletes made post-season play, making the UW one of only six programs in the nation to send five or more players to the NCAA Individual Championships.
